Sempa has experience across all aspects of the fund formation life cycle. This ranges from advising on fund structures, fund establishment, tendering service providers, preparation of offer documents, and communicating with Australian financial regulators. Sempa is able to provide advice on Australian financial services laws including licensing (AFSL and ACL) and disclosure requirements.
Sempa holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and Bachelor of Criminology and Criminal Justice from Griffith University and is a member of the Law Society of Queensland.
