Lisa is part of the Senior legal team at King Irving, specialising in Funds Management law and Regulatory compliance.
Lisa’s extensive experience includes working with clients in setting up different types of investment vehicles ranging from MITs, ESVCLPs and other VC/PE structures, SMAs to feeder funds.
Lisa is passionate about finding practical solutions for our clients through providing advisory and documentation services to all parts of the financial services industry including structuring, licensing, and fund establishment.
Lisa holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Macquarie University and is a member of the Law Society of New South Wales.
