This ranges from advising on fund structures, fund establishment, tendering service providers, preparation of offer documents, and communicating with Australian financial regulators. Kristijan is able to provide advice on Australian financial services laws including licensing (AFSL and ACL) and disclosure requirements.
Kristijan holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce (Major in Finance) from the University of Wollongong and is a member of the Law Society of New South Wales.
