Dario is a Solicitor and Head of Compliance at King Irving specialising in Financial Services and corporate law including AFSL and ACL Licensing, Compliance, Fund Builds, M&A, and Payments.
As Head of Compliance for King Irving, Dario manages compliance, operational and strategic support for our clients. This extends to the design and implementation of compliance systems for AFSL holders, including but not limited to Regulatory Compliance, AML/CTF and Risk Management and compliance reporting.
Dario holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Business (Major in Finance) from Western Sydney University, and is a member of the Law Society of New South Wales.
