Cameron has experience across all stages of the fund formation journey. This spans from providing counsel and establishing Australian fund structures including Unit Trusts, VCLPs and ESVCLPs to international structures within the United Arab Emirates, United States and Cayman Islands. Cameron is adept at delivering guidance on matters of Australian financial services law encompassing AFSL and ACL licensing and compliance, Payments services, AUSTRAC and Privacy obligations.
Cameron holds a First-Class Honours degree in a Bachelor of Laws in English Law and Scottish Law from the University of Aberdeen in the United Kingdom and is currently enrolled in a Graduate Diploma in Australian Law from the University of Technology Sydney.
