Increase the reach of your existing investment management expertise through the addition of an ASX Quoted Fund option.

While launching both listed and unlisted classes of units at the inception of a new fund has been done in the past – there are good reasons to look at adding an ASX Quoted Fund option to an already established managed fund portfolio.

An ASX Quoted Fund means you can do this without disrupting existing unitholders and also provides economies of scale through existing portfolio construction and management.

King Irving recently facilitated the successful listing of the first unit class under the ASX Quoted Fund; the Apostle Dundas Global Equity Fund.

At King Irving, we have one of the larger teams dedicated to investment management structuring and AFS licensing in Australia. We have significant experience in delivering the right solution to our clients – from boutiques to large-scale investment management firms.
