Michela looks for practical solutions for our clients by offering advice across the financial services industry including structuring, licensing, and fund establishment and has experience working with clients in setting up different types of investment vehicles and their compliance needs.
Michela holds a Bachelor of Laws in Italian and European Law from the University of Rome, a Graduate Diploma in English Law from the University of Law in London and a diploma in Australian law from the University of Sydney. She is a member of the Law Society of New South Wales.
