At King Irving our people use their legal knowledge and commercial experience to drive the success of your ideas and your business. We believe that the experience of our team outside the law adds commercial rigor to our dealings with clients.
George Harriman, King Irving’s new Senior Associate, has been drawn to trials and triumphs of business from a young age.
George grew up in country New South Wales where his family ran an orange farm – he was hands on from the start and soon enough was involved in managing the farm.
From there, George graduated to providing strategic business advice to start-up companies in his garage, and a few short years later to providing legal advice to those same start-ups as they looked to attract venture capital.
At King Irving, George continues to broaden his experience and now advises on establishing funds – including venture capital fundraising.
The unique combination of practical business experience spanning back to his formative years on the farm, allows George to provide technically sound legal advice that actually works in the real world.
George has a particular interest in assisting funds management clients bring innovative and unique offerings to the market. He is passionate about all things structuring – the more complex, the better!
